• Digital Tasbeeh Counter: Electronic dhikr counter for Islamic prayers and remembrance
• Prayer Request Wall: Community platform for sharing and participating in prayer requests
• Memorial Pages: Digital pages to honor and remember deceased family members
• Credit-Based System: Digital credits used to access premium features and services

Service Delivery:

• All services are delivered digitally through our web platform and mobile application
• No physical products are shipped or delivered
• Services are available 24/7 through our digital platform
• Instant access upon account creation and credit purchase

Our services are designed to facilitate spiritual connections and the sharing of religious merit (sawab) in accordance with Islamic principles and traditions.

To access our services, you must register for an account with Digital Carts. When you register, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself.

Account Requirements:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Digital Carts operates Esal Sawab on a credit-based system for digital services:

• Service Cost: Each Esal Sawab gift package costs 10 credits
• Credit Bundles: Additional credits can be purchased through our various credit packages
• No Expiration: Credits do not expire and remain in your account
• Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our authorized payment processor
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change with prior notice
• Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment verification
• All sales are final, subject to our 14-day refund policy (see Section 5)
• Digital Carts reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

• Value Pack: 500 credits
• Premium Pack: 1000 credits

Digital Carts offers a 14-day refund policy in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and industry best practices.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
• No questions asked policy for customer satisfaction
• Refunds apply to unused credits only
• Used credits (spent on services) are non-refundable

Refund Process:

• Provide your order number and reason for refund (optional)
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy:

• No recurring subscriptions - all purchases are one-time
• You may delete your account at any time
• Account deletion does not automatically trigger refunds
• Contact support for account-related refund requests

• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Share account credentials or transfer credits to other users

Digital Carts reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
